A Pistons Fan Discovers Tayshaun Prince Has Been Traded — A Tale In Three .Gifs
Tayshaun Prince has played his entire career with the Detroit Pistons, so it’d be natural to expect him to run out of the tunnel, just like he has since entering the league in 2002. Earlier today, reports surfaced of a three-team trade that would send Prince to the Memphis Grizzlies. One eager Prince fan apparently didn’t get the memo — fortunately the TV cameras were rolling when he found out.

How I Met Your Mother Renewed For Final Season – Find Out When We'll Meet the Mother!

CBS on Wednesday officially confirmed the worst kept secret in Hollywood: How I Met Your Mother is returning next fall for a ninth and final season, during which we will finally meet the titular mom.
An exact episode count was not released, but TVLine has learned that the series will be back for the full 2013-14 season (typically 22 episodes).
“We‘re thrilled to have the entire and incredibly talented How I Met Your Mother cast back for one final season to bring the series to a proper close,” said Dana Walden and Gary Newman, Chairmen of 20th Century Fox Television, in a statement. “Carter Bays and Craig Thomas are masterful and hilarious storytellers, and we have no doubt that they will guide one of the greatest comedies of the last decade to a gratifying conclusion when they finally reveal the identity of the Mother.”
Added CBS entertainment prez Nina Tassler: “Through eight years, How I Met Your Mother has mastered the art of leading-edge comedy, emotional water-cooler moments and pop culture catchphrases. We are excited… to tell the final chapter and reveal television’s most mysterious mother to some of TV’s most passionate fans.”
Warner Bros Gives Green Light To Movie Version Of HBO Series ‘Entourage’
Aquaman star Vinnie Chase is back, baby. Warner Bros has tonight given the green light on a movie version of Entourage, the HBO series that ran from 2004-2011. That gives a reprise for the inside Hollywood exploits of the up and coming film star, his manager and agent, his under-appreciated TV actor brother and the childhood pal/driver who form his inner circle.
The film will be directed by series creator Doug Ellin, who wrote the screenplay and who exec produced the series with Mark Wahlberg and Stephen Levinson. Deals are starting to be made with Adrian Grenier, who played Chase, Kevin Connolly, who played his manager Eric “E” Murphy, Kevin Dillon, who played the actor’s brother Johnny Drama, Jerry Ferrara, who played their entrepreneurial driver Turtle, and Jeremy Piven, who played the show’s iconic type A talent agent Ari Gold. I’m sure Drama’s agent Lloyd (Rex Lee), E’s girl Sloan (Emmanuelle Chriqui), his management partner Scott (Scott Caan), and their quirky director collaborator Billy Walsh (Rhys Coiro) and Ari’s agency partner Barbara Miller (Beverly D’Angelo) will all be in the mix, along with a swarm of real Hollywood talent, playing themselves.
That’s about as far as the studio has gotten at this point, and there is no start date. I for one loved the series ending, in which Ari finally gave up his career and pledged his devotion to his long suffering gorgeous wife (Perry Reeves), only to get a last minute phone call offering him his dream job of running a film studio, knowing he’ll lose her if he says yes. Love to see how Ari negotiates himself out of that hell. Did I mention that I watched that show from start to finish, and miss it terribly?
While some naysayers might start in that an HBO transfer to film has no shot, the first Sex And The City did pretty well. For me, I can only think of one word to describe this development. Victory!!!!

Eminem Gives Prince Fielder Encore Jordan 4′s
Rick Williams and Ro Colt, the co-owners of Detroit-based boutique Burn Rubber have made a video segment of what goes on around their shop. The first episode involves Detroit Tigers Prince Fielder stopping by the shop and asked them for a special sneaker. Prince Fielder wanted a pair of the super rare Air Jordan 4 “Encore”.

Shots Fired At Rapper Rick Ross’ Car On E Las Olas
FT. LAUDERDALE (CBS4) – The sound of gunfire shattered the early morning quiet along East Las Olas Boulevard.
A man and woman were heading East on the popular road when another driver pulled up along side of them and started shooting at them. Stray rounds shattered windows in the Floridian Restaurant and a nearby nail salon.
In an effort to escape the hail of lead, the driver swerved the silver Rolls Royce to right on SE 15th Street, crashed through a fence and his car came to rest against an apartment building. The man and woman both got out of the car and left on foot.
Ft. Lauderdale police say the driver of the car was William Roberts, better known as local rapper Rick Ross. The woman was identified as Shateria Morangne-el. Both Roberts and Moragne-el live in Davie.
Beth Balk, who lives in apartment that car ran into, heard it slam through the fence.
“Apparently someone was chasing them,” said Balk. “It was like a giant kaboom. It rocked me off the bed and I went to the front door.”
Balk said the man and woman appeared dazed after the crash.
“Very shaken up, very shaken up,” said Balk. “You don’t expect to hit a building or shot at I suppose.”
An employee of the Floridian restaurant, which is open 24 hours, was outside at the time of the shooting and saw the crash.
“Just pop, pop, pop, I didn’t really count. It happened real quick,” said the employee which did not wish to be named in this report. “It was just squealing his tires, I saw him go by- ran right into the building there.”
Even though the shooter or shooters took off many area residents, business owners and customers are wondering if they’ll come back.
“I’ve never seen anything like this happen. Nothing like this. It’s quiet on Las Olas,” said Balk.
Police are reviewing surveillance videos of area businesses to see if that gives them any more clues on this shooting.
Last month Ross canceled two performances in North Carolina after he received gang threats. Police have not said if those threats and the Monday morning shooting were related.

Fuck You TBS!!!! The Wedding Band’ Cancelled
TBS‘ experiment with hourlong comedies is officially over as the network has formally cancelled its lone representative in the genre, dramedy The Wedding Band. The fate of the show was sealed long before it launched last November in the eyebrow-raising Saturday 10 PM slot. The Wedding Band was a vestige of an old programming strategy, having been developed as part of TBS’ 2010 shift from half-hour to hourlong comedies, which produced two series, Franklin & Bash, which migrated to sibling TNT, and Wedding Band. Wedding Band was ordered to series in May 2011. Shortly thereafter, TBS abandoned the hourlong comedy strategy, returning to half-hour sitcoms with Men At Work and Sullivan & Son, which both launched before Wedding Band and have both been renewed for a second season. With off-network half-hour sitcom The Big Bang Theory firing on all cylinders, TBS’ original programming is focused entirely on half-hour comedies, rendering Wedding Band an odd fit. Thus the Saturday time slot during the holiday season.
With a strong lead-in from a The Big Bang Theory rerun, The Wedding Band, which received mostly favorable reviews, didn’t actually do that bad in its debut, drawing 1.845 million total viewers, 1.068 million adults 18-49 and 613,000 adults 18-34 in Live+same day. But it lost steam, finishing its run with an average of 1.4 million total viewers, 850,000 adults 18-49 and 379,000 adults 18-34 in Live+7. Wedding Band, from FremantleMedia and Mike Tollin Prods., centers on the bromance of four likable but occasionally reckless young men (Brian Austin Green, Harold Perrineau, Peter Cambor and Derek Miller) who can’t figure out their own lives.

Amazing Video Stricken Dolphin Who 'Asked' Hawaii Diver For Help: Moment Mammal Stuck On Fishing Line Pushed Itself Into Scuba Instructor And Waited Patiently To Be Freed
A dolphin tangled in fishing line sought help from a diver in the waters of Hawaii. The amazing encounter on January 11 was captured on video and the diver, Keller Laros, spent the better part of eight minutes tending to the needy mammal who readily accepted the help. Mr Laros was leading a group of snorkelers for a manta ray dive experience off the Big Island’s Kona International Airport when the dolphin squealed out.The diver explained, ‘The way he came right up and pushed himself into me there was no question this dolphin was there for help. The diver said that the animal patiently and calmly allowed him to work to remove the fishing line.

Styles are inspired by the mission control center in Texas, widely known by its radio call sign "Houston."
