Source – A 22-year-old Arizona man has been arrested after he was shot in the hand by a furious elderly husband who found him in bed with his wife, 63. The 68-year-old homeowner discovered Stephen Trevor Chapman naked, sleeping with his wife, when he went to check on her about 1am on Saturday. The elderly man, who suffers from Parkinson’s Disease, says he fell asleep in his home in the retiree community of Saddlebrooke, Arizona – outside Tuscon. When he went to his guesthouse to check on his wife, he found her and Chapman together, police say. When the man poked Chapman with his cane, Chapman allegedly bounded out of bed and lunged at the man. Chapman allegedly screamed at the elderly man and refused to leave, the Arizona Daily Star reports. The elderly homeowner said he feared for his life, so he fired a warning shot with a .410-caliber pistol. One pellet from the shotshell struck Chapman in the hand. In a recording of the elderly man’s 911 call, he can be heard arguing with his wife in the background. ‘Don’t you be sleeping with him!’ he tells her. He then explains to the police dispatcher that Chapman had just been released from jail and that his wife had been trying to help him get back on his feet.
