David Wright and Robinson Cano, home run derby captains of their respective leagues, have chosen their teams. Except, Cano has left one off. Apparently he could not decide on his last player, or perhaps he is waiting for Puig be voted as a All-Star first, but he will announce the last selection tomorrow.
