Neymar Reportedly Under Investigation By Brazil Tax Authorities

RIO DE JANEIRO -- Barcelona star Neymar is reportedly being investigated by Brazilian tax authorities.

Citing documents from the finance ministry, Brazilian magazine Epoca says tax officials have been examining Neymar's accounts for more than a year. Federal prosecutors say they hope to file charges in the next few weeks.

Neymar's Barcelona faced Juventus Saturday in Berlin in the Champions League final.

The magazine says investigators have zeroed in on a firm called N&N Consultoria Esportiva e Empresarial. Neymar's parents are listed as partners in the company.

Authorities are investigating what they call an unusual cash flow of 115 million Brazilian reals ($38 million) between 2011 and 2014.

Neymar moved to Spain in 2013 from Brazilian club Santos. Santos took legal action over the controversial move.
